I’ve been a personal trainer since 1993. I’m born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I won Miss Hawaiian Island Fitness in 1993 and pursued my career since then. I moved to Carson City in 2006 and love living here. It’s my passion to be a personal trainer. When I train, I help you to reach your goals by motivating, training, helping, loving, teaching you to eat good so that your body, mind & soul responds to our training, and being your friend.
